Refidgerator not sealing?

We have just completed our third trip out with our new Pinnacle 34RLTS. I have this gut feel that the freezer is not sealing properly. There is a slight build up of frost right where the seal meet the cabinet, and it seems to take for ever to freeze a tray of ice. I can push on the doors and they never seem to be tight. (the trailer before would actually suck the door closed when we shut it). A trip to the dealer would be costly for me and tring to convince them of a problem could be equally tuff. There are no visable means of adjustment that I can see. I have the double door stlye, but not sure what the model is and my trailer is at the campground till thanksgiving. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Try putting a dollar bill between the edge of the freezer and the seal and then shut the freezer door. If it is easy to pull out the door is not sealing. Then contact the dealer and explain to them about the problem and the "test" that you did. Good luck.
