Welcome to the forum and congratulations on your new Eagle.

Have you asked your dealer?

I would ask about running them with a smart phone app. We are able to do it.

I’m guessing you bought a pre-owned TT and the remote was missing. The dealer is a good suggestion. You might contact Jayco, providing the VIN, as they can probably tell you what was installed.

Do you have a LCD control panel anywhere on your trailer? If you do, there is a chance you may already have the built in control system which uses WiFi. If you don’t have any LCD, chances are you don’t have the necessary components installed by the manufacturer.

If you can post a picture of your control panel we can probably give you some better advice.
