Replacing my AC - no interior access

I am replacing my old 13.5 BTU Airxcel A/C (Mach 3) with a 15K BTU Airxcell A/C. The new unit was delivered Friday and I am lining up my work. All the videos I see online have a center air return directly under the unit and removing the air filter accesses the hold-down bolts. Same with the new unit installation instructions - no word on ducted returns.

How do I access the hold-down bolts on my Eagle HT (Which has 2 return grilles, one on each side of the trailer)? Does the unit somehow bolt in from the top???

Everything is done from the roof.. There are 4 screws holding it down that have to be accessed after you remove the shroud.

What I suspected, but thanks for the confirmation. I had visions of having to rip out the ceiling

New A/C is installed and working.

One thing I see, the rear foam pad (under the evaporator) is not touching the roof, it’s within a sixteenth of an inch above the roof at the center if the trailer, perhaps 3/8 on each side (away from the peak of the roof). Should I put some kind spacer under the foam strip so there is contact with the roof so the rear of the A/C unit doesn’t “bounce” while going down the road?
