If you run into anyone who needs this design, they are currently shown as Unavailable - I'm converting them to "Fulfilled by Amazon". I've got stock inbound to their warehouses, but they will not show as available until Amazon finishes processing them. If anyone needs one soon, just give them my email address and I'll take care of them!
Thanks!

Please let me know if you have any questions, or ever need anything for your Fridge Fixer.

my piece is on the way too.

Installed it today...I had a really hard time getting the film off the 3m tape....I don't know if it got hot in shipping...but it came off in pieces...hopefully it is secure!

I have a big trip coming up...lots of miles...we'll see how it does

Glad you managed yours, the tape in ours refused to come off other than tearing the backing off. The second one was the same, except gave up before tearing it up. Carl, at Recubed solutions, has been fantastic. He is making and sending me 2 new ones with the red tape extended out past the one end, and sent me pictures of it. What little I saw of it while trying to put it on was very good. It will accomplish keeping the doors closed while being very unobtrusive. It can also be used to keep the doors open if needed for mold control.

I got the tape off by sticking a knife under it to lift and peel it off in pieces.

I though about if need in the future to drill and put a couple of sheet metal screws in if needed....but that would be last resort. Also, I had to remove the two button snaps and screws on top of the lower freezer doors...so I have two small holes there

Mine was a perfect fit except for the darn tape.

So I put the FrigFix on when the frig was off...now that it is on I have to lift it up to close either freezer door Still works so far...big trip coming up for the real test.

I'm going to see how it does once I cool the trailer down...might take a heat gun to it.

Interesting, never thought about it being off. I test fit mine with it running. heck, it is on 24/7 and the fit was fine. I have sent both back to the company for replacement of the backing tape, even though he didn't request this.

Good news! Gentle heating with a heat gun and I was able to tweak the position, now it's perfect with no interference....hopefully it stays put

Yes, it is. I am sure it will stay there. If not, contact Carl at the company, he has been great and would be happy to help. He did say these and similar units for other refrigerator brands were going to be OEM in a lot of new RV's.

Update to this old post. I had ordered a second unit as an early Christmas gift to my buddy with the same camper and fridge, Whirlpool WRQA59CNKZ. He installed it and is now a hero in his wife's eyes, lol. We have a Samsung unit at home that has had a near useless ice maker since new. Samsung replaced it with another since they couldn't find someone to work on it in our area. The new one was not much better, and they eventually refunded what we paid for it and let us keep it. She found a guy that worked on the icemaker, but still not very good. Fast-forward to about 10 days ago camping near Staunton VA and made a trip to Lowes one afternoon. There she saw the same fridge as in the camper on sale. She loves that fridge, so as soon as we got home, she called her local appliance store where they matched the price. So, it looks like we will have two of them in the family.

We had the Samsung in our 2015 Pinnacle and it was a great fridge.

I think there is a class action lawsuit on the newer ones, according to my bride, because of the ice maker. It is a great fridge otherwise

Awesome, ours did great on its maiden trip, lol.
If it wasn't so expensive, I would buy another for the new fridge coming to the house and give to her as a Christmas surprise. I would be sure to sleep in the barn after that.
