Update****

Guys,
Just wanted to thank you'll that contributed to my thread. Anyway, I ended up with BAK industries Roll Bak Tonneau cover. Quite pricy (over $1,200) but it is EXACTLY what I needed. My Tundra having a super short bed (5.5ft), this cover works flawlessly with the PullRite SuperGlide hitch.

It compliments the truck too. Looks like it came with it right from the factory. Below are the pictures.

I have a Bak Flip Fiber max in my 2010 Ram 2500 CC SB. When towing I fold up until the last section. It has rings for a bungee to hold it down with it folded like this. Can also fold all the way leaning against the window, but then you can't see out the rear and isn't needed for clearance. No issues with clearance at all with my B&W Companion slider.

I have a Roll N Lock on my truck. Really like the hard, retractable cover.

I bought the best roll-up one I could find in 2003 (about $1000) for my last truck. It took up the first 1 foot of the 8' bed open or closed. While parked at one of the shopping centers, someone jumped up on it and caved it in ruining it. I wouldn't have another for that reason. Now I use a vinyl coated steel cable locked to the bed tie-downs and run it through anything in the bed that I don't want to disappear. My roll-up bed cover was not water-proof so I still couldn't put anything back there that could be damaged by water.

I went with the FOLD-A-COVER idea mainly for the thick HD FOLDING panels possibly giving a more secure bed cover. The FOLD-A-COVER folds up behind the rear window and does not interfere with the fifth wheel hitch operations. This also gave me a good spot for a top access tool box setup.

Was a better deal for me.... I have had mine on two trucks now which cost around $500 way back then... Everything locks up good...
