Return register in 29.5 BHDS

Hi, today I removed the grills to clean the filters in the ac return ducts, and the one over the door had what it looked like extra cardboard in there. Has anyone else had something like this?

It's a baffel to help air flow, our 2015 PINNACLE has something similar.

Do you think those vents would fit on the Northpoints with the older metal grates?

You would probably have to cut the ceiling to fit them.

We have a 2017 29.5 BHDS, and I just cleaned the intake air filters also. Ours does not have any baffles... but there was some misc. construction debris in there.
