Anyone have any experience in a 5'ver in wind? I figure we can tough out 35-40 mph gusts, just concerned about the slide toppers. Our awning is already gone (being reinstalled soon). We could bring in the Kitchen and LR slides if we felt it prudent. The park owners think we will be OK.

Here's the check list that is usually sent out.
Turn off propane.
Hook up RV to tow vehicle for extra weight.
Pull in slides to center weight so winds cannot go under and move or flip RV.
Fill water tanks for added weight then disconnect from water supply in case of RV movement.
Empty the sewage tank.
Close roof vents and pull-down antennas.
Pull in awnings and secure all outside items and furniture; turn table tops to ground.
If the RV has air bags, release air to create more contact with tow vehicle or chassis.
Leave stabilizer bars down.
