Roadside water connection on 317RLOK

On our 317RLOK, there is a freshwater connection on the roadside just forward of the entry door. Very useful in keeping the steps clear of sand, dirt, etc.

The supplied hose and sprayer used to work just fine, but now there is no water.

If there is there a shut off valve somewhere in that system, if so how in the world could it have been closed? I certainly did not close it.

Anyone have any info on how to troubleshoot and resolve this?

If you are city water connection it should work all the time. If you are using water from the tank, you must have the water pump on.
