Thanks. I’ll try and get some today. Supposed to rain this weekend where I’m headed.

Roof Leaking on 2020 Jayco North Point 375BHFS Roof Leaks
Found some OSI Quad in beige. Used that. Both my dealer and their neighbor were out of the UV protected clear sica flex(sp?). Looks awful. But, water won’t get by it. Caulking is not my forte. Fortunately it’s mostly out of eye shot.

Doesn't have to look pretty, just functional.

Jayco is stepping and replacing the entire roof and fixing any water damage on the inside. I will get the X2 flex armor done as well. Thank you for all the input and support!

You obviously have a good dealer/service center at that CW as well, since they worked in your behalf. They have to file a claim correctly for it to be covered.

I've had my struggles with CW but I have built a nice relationship with the head of the service department. I know they push hard for this replacement. With all of the challenges I've had with this unit I am extremely excited that all parties are stepping up and making this right. If you get the right person at CW it can make the world of a difference.

time for an insurance claim, if Jayco won't help you out which they really should. If you had the trailer into the dealer that many times for issues, their dealer should have been looking at that too, I am sure at least every 6 months.

I'm a firm believer in using Eternabond, having done it on two trailers. This picture is of Eternabond on our current trailer. I'll be replacing caulk on the rest of the roof with Eternabond in the spring.

Probably longer than you will own the rig.
Because EternaBond® is made using MicroSealant Technology®, depending on surrounding conditions, EternaBond® has an estimated life expectancy of 18-35 years if applied correctly.

The warranty only covers the sealant for 6 months, yes 6 months. I've had this 5th wheel for 18 months and I've been taking it in for countless warranty work. Has anyone else had this problem and any advice on dealing with Jayco? From what Camping World has told me is that Jayco is going to deny the claim.

We had the roof delaminate and Jaco would not talk talk to us. I was hoping they would offer at least a little help as the trailer was 1 month out of the water.at least my dealer offered some assistance. Still out of pocket $8000. And we did the annual roof treat and inspection. Had way too many issues with the trailer to recommend it to anyone

Wow, thank you for sharing this information. I will look into that product and apply it ASAP. I applied some RV roof sealant but thats just a short term fix. I'm not holding my breath that Jayco will step up and fix it.

Also check sealant in the seams in the outer walls like this (see photo)
