roof protection

We have our Pinnacle set up under a lot of pine trees. I clean the roof a couple times a year, but we do have a lot of sap and spots that show up. What is recommended for the roof and even the top of the front cap to coat and make the cleaning go easier?

We're in the same situation. Pine trees are nice for shade but they do make it hard to keep things clean. I just wash the roof a few times a year. Something else that I've noticed, the little crazy ants love to hangout in the clumps of pine needles.

Not really. They have zippered openings for access to the door, etc. You can't run out the slide with the cover on, tho. Or run fridge, stove, WH, furnace, etc because the vents are blocked. No problem opening windows. We keep ours covered off-season mainly to protect the roof from UV exposure.

How do like the roof cover and what do the wheel straps tie to. I am looking at that also but the picture shows a motor home with tie down points at the wheels
