Roof Question

I have a new Eagle. Was on the roof recently and noticed an area maybe a foot long by about three inches wide where the roof fabric is bubbled. Is this normal or should I be concerned?

Personally, I would have it documented if in warranty. Let the dealer take pictures and get Jayco to advise.
I had another brand, new fifth wheel and there were boot prints on the roof where someone walked around before the glue was dry. I had it written up but never had any problems with it. I felt better having it noted.

99% chance not an issue, but as norty said at least get it documented. Some ripples in the roof are unfortunately common.

I have the same issue and am going in for another warranty issue and am having this documented. It's down both sides of my trailer.

Acdessert, I would for sure have that rood documented. The roof material should be totally flat and glued down.

That don't look right! It shouldn't be raised like that.

Our SOB that we had for 10 years had bubbles from side to side every 4 feet from front to rear. They were there from day one. Had the dealer document with pictures that were sent to the history file. The rep from the manufacturer stated that as long as the rubber was not cut or damaged in anyway, all should be good. If, an issue should arise due to this bubbling, it would be covered under the manufacturers warranty even if all other warranties had expired.

When we traded that unit in, all was still good.

The adhesive has some off gassing, so its not abnormal to see some bubbles on a new roof. They should settle with time.
