This thread is for all you F450 owners. I bought my 2009 F450 used in 2013. Then it had 52K miles and I now have 147K. It runs great, looks great, and tows like a locomotive! The suspension is 100% factory. I changed all the shocks within 8 months of buying it. So nearly 100K miles later, it is time to replace the shocks again. So before I make any parts purchases, my question for F450 owners is this. Have you done any enhancements or found shocks, springs, etc. that improved the ride when you are NOT towing? I find the factory set up is very stiff due to the weight of the truck and payload capacity. However, this set up means I feel every imperfection in the road!
I look forward to reading your solutions.
