Have new 2020 319mlok Where is the router with the password and user name for the OneControl app

Look inside a cabinet that has the router sticker. Usually right inside door. The back wall of the cabinet is a false wall. The router is behind that on our 2017 Eagle 321rsts. False wall is held by the screws

On our rig it’s in the top shelf of a glass front cabinet that is next to the electrical panel and OneControl screen. Login and passcode are on a sticker on the router.
Good luck with the new rig! You’ll be finding new switches and outlets for the next 6-12 months.

I doubt that it has been changed from the factory setting so if everything else fails go to the manufacturer's Web site and look for the default setting for your model. Then change it!

About a month ago there was an update to my One Control app and now it reads "JAYCOMMAND". With the new app it takes about 21 seconds after you click on it to bring up the "enter pin screen"...........rather annoying.

Check your documentation package...I found the extra label in the document that had the scan code, username and password on it as well....then later found where they "hid" the device....
