Sagging Slide

I have a 2016 Jayco Pinnacle 36kpts. Noticed water on the slide once we pulled it in. (This would be the door side which holds the booth and recliners)
I stood on the landing while the slide came in and discovered that we may either have some sag in the middle of our slide since rain water was pooling on top of it OR maybe the rubber seal isn't catching all of the water as the slide comes in.

Has anyone else had any trouble like this before?

I just got a ladder so I can broom off or use a squeegie to remove water on top of the slide before bringing it in.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!
Linda

I have not noticed this issue as of yet.

Mine has a big sag. When it was new, I got the dealer to fix it. That didn’t last very long.
Water pools in the middle. When I have to bring it in like that, I just bring it in a little bit and the slope from it retracting drains most off.
I can’t see how everyone’s isn’t sagging, there’s no real support to keep it straight.
