Sanicon System

With the optional Sanicon System (5th Wheels) is the Grey Tanks Plumbed through it also or do you still have to hook up a San Hose to dump the grey tanks?

If I understand the directions both the back and grey tanks go thru the sanicon system same as conventional dump system.

That's the reason why I didn't bother adding the Sanicon option to my 293RKDS. Still not happy that I have to deal with two sewer oulets.

JBlack, I own a 2017 Pinnacle 37MDQS, all my dump valves when opened, go through the Sanicon. there is no additional hooking of any other hoses. SKIDAWG

It depends on the model you get. I've seen only some and others with all tanks using the sanicon. You need to look up/inquire on the model your interested in.

Is there a bypass of some kind in case there should be a problem with the pump?

Yes. You can still dump everything through the traditional gravity-fed system at any time.

Earl, when you connect your gray tanks, [emoji4], post some pics.

I may try to run the kitchen galley tank to the main sewer outlet. Jayco engineer told me they didn't run the galley tank drain that far due to several excuses. My bet is money. But I need to see if I can run a pipe and have enough slope and such. Such a pain in the ass to dump with two outlets. Such an old school design.

I have the same dilemma with my outdoor kitchen. Let me know if you find a workable solution.

I currently have another brand trailer with 2 sewer outlets. The FWD one does the Shower and Bathroom sink and the Rear one does the Galley and Outside Kitchen Sink. I have a Y connection at Sewer entrance that I put both hoses it. I leave the rear grey open all the time and use the front grey to flush my lines after I dump the black tank. It is still a pain to have to assemble all of this at the campground. For my next trailer 1 dump would be great and if all would go through both the Sanicon System and gravity drain it would be an added bonus, but I'm sure that I am asking too much.

Just picked up my 29.5BHOK, took it out last Friday and looks like there is no power to the Sanicon as motor doesn't run and the rocker switch doesn't light up. I haven't had the time to put a multimeter on it yet, just trying to see if anyone else has encountered this. Thanks

Figured out the issue with my sanicon system. When it was installed at the factory, they neglected to attach the ground wire to the frame. Once I grounded it, everything was good.
