Ours failed within 6 months of delivery. Started on afternoon when we heard a distinct hum coming from the area by the pantry / fridge. By the time I figured out it was the Sanicon pump, it stopped. The relay was mounted on the basement floor near the 12v pumas and under several water lines, one of which had a intermediate drip that ultimately triggered the relay to activate the pump. The dealer swapped out the relay. Unfortunately, the first time we used attempted to use it, the resettable fuse would trip after about 30 seconds of operation. There’s supposed to be a new pump on the shelf at the dealer waiting to install in a few weeks. I’d like to be able to breakdown the failed pump but no doubt, that would throw a wrench in the warranty process. Fingers crossed.
