It is a known manufacturing issue I think. We had our Kitchen slide on 355MBQS get stuck out and had to mess with the motor to get it re engaged. The floor in kitchen was also sloping down/dropping due to the weight. After going back to the Jayco plant for repairs they welded in supports underneath that were not done at initial manufacturing. Once we got it back, the slide lasted 6 months before more issues. My local dealer said the framing in walls were moving/twisting and it should go back again. So after waiting 5 months to get it picked up and back to the Jayco factory they finally got it right (I hope). Secured interior framing on both sides of slides with brackets top and bottom. They also replaced the 2 motors again. So far so good, it’s been 6 months since repaired.
Forgot to mention that floor got torn up by slide and was replaced by dealer before getting to the real issues.

U know what. All I keep hearing is how Jayco picked up and did repairs. I spent over 4 k two round trips from Fl to the service center. Left my FW there and truck at airport. Two weeks of repair that took over a month. And i had to rent a car. Now my slide tire rub fix is now a recall. Well I am now gonna see if they will pay my expense that they refused back than. And they knew we were living in it waiting for our new house. So no choice but to bring it to them with warranty at last day and now living in a hotel for that time. So why the hell do they pay for some and not others. Mine was tire rub, new roof for luan and stappled coming thru roof, bent outrigger, kitchen slide rollers ripping the floor up on bottom side and a bunch of other stuff. This is about to get interesting. I guess this is why they have a small claims court.
