Schwintek Slide seal creaking / cracking noises

In the spring we had both of the motors replaces on our large schwintek slide that has the refrigerator on it.

The slide now operates much better however when going out or coming in the slide makes very sharp creaking and cracking noises. I treated the seals which I think is the source of the issue with a rubber seal conditioner which is my custom without resolving the issue.

I also tried baby powder on the seals as well in hopes of reducing the friction.

I may be out to lunch on all of my attempts at resolving the creaking / cracking noises which can be very unsettling. Remember, I just replace to motors.

Has anyone had any experience with what I am talking about? Has anyone successfully resolved the issue?

I recently had the front queen slide making noise. I found to make sure the trailer is entirely level before opening any slides. That seemed to help.

Yea, I agree. I always try to have my 5th level before bringing out the slides. My big slide with the refrigerator on it is the one that is making the creaking noises. All coming from the same corner of the slide. I just can't tell what is going on.

Slide comes in and out fine but makes me very nervous. Those of you that have had trouble with your big slide know exactly what I mean.
