Can somebody tell me which wires are the drive wires to move the rack motor on a kitchen slide as the bottom is in six inches and top is tight, need to take rack apart and repair. Dealers says they are 2 months out and leaving for az soon.

Are you sure it is SCHWINTEK?

Wiring and motors are at the top on each side. Based on how a SCHWINTEK works I don't know how you could be tight at the top and not at the bottom. The top and bottom gears move on the same shaft.

Schwintek

found out slide drive wires are red and black and found out why the slide wall was out of sync from top to bottom, drive block is wore out and allowing gear to jump teeth. Now I need to research how to take drive block off gear rack with out removing gear rack, if that is possible, off course its the bottom assembly that is bad.

Those parts are riveted so I don't know how you could do it without removing the rack. Supposedly the nylon rollers don't carry any weight so it might be easy to pull the rack out.
