Sealant Where Cap and TPO Roof Comes Together

I am looking for anyone that has had this problem. I have a 2018 Jayco Eagle 321RSTS. The sealant has started cracking between the trim piece and where the TPO roofing meets. I have taken very good care of the roof and cleaned and applied sealant if I have seen any cracks in the sealant on the roof. Before I left on a month long trip out west I checked and did some touch up work with sealant. When we were in Ridgway, CO. we had a rain storm and noticed some of our clothes were damp in the closet. I went up on the roof and found some cracks in the sealant at the trim and TPO roofing. I cleaned it and applied self leveling sealant to the cracks and went ahead and applied it all the way across the roof. I checked it when we got to Pueblo, CO and everything looked good. I got up on the roof now that we are home and it has cracked again where it was cracked and longer than original. The roof seems sound as does the fiberglass cap. Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I am using Dicor Lap Sealant Self-Leveling.

I had 3 pin holes in that sealant on out 2017 321rsts
First year we owned it
I decided enough with the self leveling and ran eternabond over the seam. I just find the self leveling cracks to much from the sun.
I ended up doing around everything on the roof with eternabond. No leaks anywhere.
Water will destroy these trailers quickly.

YEP... ETERNABOND is the way to go... Apply and forget, it's good for 15 yrs +/-.

RoadrunnerII:
Are you talking about the eternabond tape? Did you take off the old sealant first or just apply the tape over the sealant? If you took it off, what did you use to take it off? For 2 1/2 years I haven't had any problems other than a hairline crack here and there that I cleaned and sealed but all of a sudden this cracking of the sealant has happened now twice in the past month where the TPO and trim meet at the nose. The thought keeps popping up in my mind that it might be a structural roof problem.

I layed down self leveling to fill in between the screws so it was more levelled out. Then let it cure a few days. Then eternabond tape right over top.
Same around skylight, bathroom fan, antenna, solar connector on roof, stink pipe, and even around ladder mount.

Thank you. I had already bought the eternabond tape a while back and was planning on putting it on but hadn't gotten around to it. Now I'll just have to work around the Tennessee summer thunderstorms to do it.
Thank you again.

Also
Ran the eternabond out past the edges of the self leveling..
I had two spots at rear corners of roof that held water... I filled up with self levelling cured couple days then eternabond over it. Now no standing water in the back corners to find a way in either.

Thank you again. Looks like I've got some work to do.

Don't stretch the eternabond. Lay it down flat without tension.
It will save your roof.
Make sure you seal around the wall openings as well. The sealant will crack.

You are talking about where the TPO meets the walls? There is a piece of trim there as well. So you used self leveling sealant to level it off and applied the eternabond to the edge of the trim and onto the TPO?
I probably sound pretty dumb but the mechanical problems I'm pretty good at but this roof thing is another story.

Thank you again for all your help.

No talking about around the basement door frames furnace exhaust, propane tank doors. The trim lines around the slides.
Those I used geoseal clear.

Back corners on roof I ran the eternabond out to the trim

X2! If you stretch it, it will release on a day or so.
