separation problem
hello all , I,m thinking about buying a 2018 Jayco eagle ht 30.5 ckts and was wondering about this separation issue on the cab over . is this a common problem ? should I run away from this unit ? thanks

Very common issue on all manufacturers. Very easy to fix and have fixed under warranty. If you research throughly, you'd find this info.

okay , very common on all manufacturer ?????? well not on a 2002 arctic fox that I once owned , and not on the 2011 kz Durango that I currently own .. and for your information I do read all post not just half . my point is water causing this or is it movement ? either one can,t be good

Very easy to fix ??? I don't think so !! If that unit has ANY delamination, I would run, not walk away from it.

Yep, common. All 3 of my 5th wheels had it. If you search this forum there is probably a dozen threads. Also on other forums it's common.
Cause is the factory uses too small of screws. They break and strip. My tech said it's a industry wide issue.

Yes, very easy to fix. Longer larger screws and some sealer.

It may be easy to fix but that would be a deal breaker for me. Many buyers don't do a thorough inspection and miss many problems.
