Just curious, Where did you buy your RV?. It sounds like you need a reliable dealer. I may have a suggestion.

Freedom rv Wisconsin, tried ricks rv did not have same unit either way factory picked it up in as because issues included floor screws popping all over, freedom delivered it to our home then , it then left for az all started there local dealer said they only work on there units needs to go back so here we are still stuck trying to get it back to az with factory
