I assume your fan control looks like the first picture. It doesn’t have any thermostat feature, but it should have the rain sense.
You could go on the roof with the fan lid open and look on the front right side, there will be a gold sensor strip that senses water.
The second picture has the thermostat feature.
My 2016 kitchen fan didn’t have the thermostat model. You can buy an upgrade kit from Fantastic. Take out the fan section in the vent and replace it with the thermostat model.
Then I took the fan section of the kitchen and put it in the bathroom vent so the bathroom would have multi speed and rain sense.
Had the run the wire for the old wall control across and down the bathroom wall. Wasn’t easy, but doable
