Shackle bolt upgrade

We are thinking of upgrading the shackle bolts on our Pinnacle. It already has the Mor/ryde suspension but it doesn't have 'wet bolts' Mor/ryde does make a heavy duty shackle bolt kit and was wondering if anyone has done it. Thanks,

Fred

I replaced them on our fifth - wheel when we had it. You just need to keep the holes aligned properly so the grease can get out.

I installed the Mor/ryde wet bolt kit on our Pinnacle when I was doing maintenance.

Also our 2011 Pinnacle had the Mor/ryde CRE 3000 Suspension, I upgraded it to the Mor/ryde SRE 4000 which is the aftermarket version of the Mor/ryde LRE 4000 Jayco now uses on the Pinnacle.

Found one spring that never has a bushing in it, all others had the nylon bushing but on location had no evidence there was ever a bushing in it.

Installed new SRE 4000 Suspension, installed Wet Bolt Kit and Bronze bushings, packed wheel bearings and installed new seals.

Inspected brakes and found broken self adjuster spring on one wheel. Dexter sent replacement parts at not charge.
