Nice Andy, our 336 FBOK is on the way

We sure like the 1.5 bath and the floor plan of the 336 FBOK. Ours arrived at the dealership two days ago with delivery occurring next week hopefully.

Being our first fifth wheel RV, we are now prepping the tow vehicle. We have a 3500 SRW Ram (with 5th wheel prep) and just bought a Curt A20 hitch that now needs assembly. The A20 is a little more than what's needed, but a little extra can't hurt is our thinking.

By chance, do you know the measurement (when the Jayco is level) of the bottom of the pin box to the ground? The Curt has three height positions to select from and I'd like to make the best choice (it's a 150 mile trip to get the RV) for the initial tow home. Can you say how much squat your truck has when hitched? Thanks, any advice would be helpful.

Dangerboy, this was our first fiver also. I have the Curt Q20 on a slider. It is set on the lowest setting and the MORryde rubber pinbox is set as shown in the picture. I'm not at home but I'll measure, as I don't remember the numbers, when I get home in a few hours. Total squat is very little and I am more comfortable towing this one than u was pulling our SOB 27' TT. We are installing a stackable washer dryer tomorrow. I'll post pics of that process.

Dangerboy, the camper is level in my driveway, which in itself isn't totally level. The measurement from the bottom of the pinbox to the ground is 53". I've attached a pic of my hitch showing its setting. I have at least seven inches of clearance from the sides of the bed and the bottom of the camper. Good luck with the new fiver, we love, love love, ours. A few things I've found I'll pass on if you are interested.

RFactor1, thank you. We have already camped in it twice, not counting the driveway, lol. We have almost 75 more days already booked. Such a big change from our SOB TT, but really enjoying the space.
