Shore power on- no power in unit

Need help! Please, went to bed with power and awoke with battery only power.

Lots of power at the plug, nothing at the panel.

Pre - wired for generator but no generator button board.

Thanks in advance

Could be a bad transfer switch.

Have you checked your breakers and the breaker at the pedestal?

Is the neutral there? No neutral, no 120v. Like said, the transfer switch could of went South.

Check actual wire connections.....along the neutral line, our story, I brought our RV in for some maint, the mechanic asked me how long have we been without power? I told he we haven't, we had full power yesterday, we used the microwave. He argued we couldn't had, there is no power. I know what we used, as I passed the back of the RV, I checked the power cord, it was pulled out to the max. I figured they pulled it out hard and pulled a wire (I have tape marks at the 3 and 1 foot marking to the end) ..... when I returned he said they found the neutral wire had come loose at the end of the power cord going into the trailer.... hmm wonder why. I let the maint clerk know about it.... he just just said hmmm, thanks, few months later I was back and that mechanic was no longer there.

Shore Power On-no power in unit

This happened to us last year. I finally pulled the recepticle on the outside of the trailer (where you plug in the shore power extension cord). The neutral wire had slipped out of the connector. Replaced it and everything was fine. (See photo).
