Shower Door

My 2015 Jayco Eagle HT 26.5 RLS shower door contacts lower sill and sometimes makes it very hard to close. Have had a tech out to check entire enclosure to make sure nothing has pulled away from wall. Frame is installed correctly and square but door gap at top and bottom isn't even. Fiver is set up level in all directions. Discussion with local dealer service department said that these units are known to have frame flex enough to cause this issue. Anyone else heard of this or dealt with this before? If so how did you resolve it?

U sure the door is hanging down. Mine is held in the track with a sliding rail that came loose twice. I can get to two of them to tighten but the other two I cannot. When they come loose gonna have to pull both doors and upper track.
