Shower surround separating from wall

Has anyone else had an issue or heard of an issue with the shower surround separating from the wall, i.e. you can push on the shower and there's like an inch or more play? I think it's still usable, but unfortunately my warranty just ended last week and i hadn't thought to make sure the shower was still glued to the wall... I've put in a request to Jayco on it but we'll see what happens.

Mine is gapped at the top, don't think it was ever glued to the walls. Jayco spits them out like a bad word every day.

Dealer installed a trim piece and sealed with caulk.

Not supposed to be sealed tight to the wall. It is designed that way to let condensation behind the surround escape/evaporate. I think they use 2 sided tape behind in a couple spots.

Ok, maybe the two sided tape just came loose. We're talking several inches of play to push it back to the wall...

How about a picture of this extra large gap?

It would have to be a video or GIF or something as it's not a visible gap per se until you push on the shower walls. I believe the top is still caulked properly and if it's not i'll make sure to do that until it's either fixed or they tell me it's ok.
