Side out question

Just got a new 321RSTS, I've operated the sides a few times since bringing it home.. maybe 4 or 5, anyway this last time while bringing in the bedroom side out one side decided not to come in while the other continued to run.. I caught it pretty quick.. made the slide go out all the way and then started it back in.. this time they both came in... should I be worried about this or is this something that can happen from time to time?

Sounds like your slide motors may be out of synch. I recommend downloading the manual from the Lippert website as it has the resynch process in it. Don't remember it off the top of my head, sorry

When the slide goes in or out, and you "think" that it's done, hold the switch for at least five more seconds. This helps keep the slides in sync.

Please be cautioned, as this method only works with Lippert slide outs. There are other types of slide outs that you cannot hold down the switch and no memory or zero out needed.
