slide issues on Eagle 321RLMS

I've got a 2011 Eagle 321RLMS with a full length slide. It slides out but does not do anything when the switch is pushed to pull it in, or it only comes a short distance in before quitting. Any brilliant ideas on what may be the problem here?
Thanks.

Do a search in the forums for schwintek slides , you will find all of the issues they have and some fixes . I just got my 38fbts back from three weeks in the shop . This was the third time it had been in for the issue . they ended up having to raise the slide up 3/16 of a inch on one side .

I had the same unit but it was a 2010. You need to try the override procedure to try to get it in. Look up Schwintek and it will describe how to do it. Your trouble may be a bad motor (there are 5) on that slide , wiriing harness, rack or control box. In any case it should go back to the dealer for repair. On my 2010 I had nothing but trouble with the mega slide and traded it in due to continuous problems we had. I hope your problems are resolved.
