Slide out not completly out at bottom

I have a 2010 35RLTS, have just noticed that the street side slide isn't extended all the way out at the bottom, the top seal is all the way out. The motor comes to a stop as if it is at the end of it's travel and when I push the button again it comes in, is this an adjustment issue or something else.
