SLIDE out trouble - 2010 EAGLE 321RLTS

Our new to us (pre-owned 2010 JAYCO EAGLE 321RLTS) camper has started to have a SLIDE OUT issue. (not a Schwintek)
This is occurring on the slide containing the twin recliners, driver side.
When sliding in or out, the rear most side works as it should.
However, the opposite side tends to want to be dragged along, which causes other issues with the inside trim.
So I am either pushing or pulling the limp side to get the slide to move evenly.

Question: Does the slide system on this rig have dual motors, could one of them have died?

Have not removed the protective bottom cover under the rig to expose all the mechanism yet.

Looking for some sage advise from those that have experience with my 5'vr.

Thanks.

Single motor. Sounds like a bolt or set screw is loose or sheared.

Not sure if your slider has dual seals, but have you lubed them from outside and inside. YouTube has good videos on this. Additionally don't forget that rack too.

Remove the lower access panel, the one near the middle. The drive motor should have 2 drive shafts with a 1 inch square steel stock bolted to it. The bolt on the lagging side may be sheared. It’s usually a grade 8 bolt.
Easily replaced, the square steel stock will slide away from the drive once the remnants of the bolt are removed.
That’s how my 2011 works. Hope yours is the same.
If not, get the mfg name and look it up online.
