Exclamation Slide stuck

We have a 2015 345BHTS and the back slide does not move....

I packed out of our friends house Sunday morning and the slides retracted just fine. Halfway home, after a few decent bumps (thanks to Saskatchewan highways), I noticed the bottom of the back slide was popped out, but the top was still flush. We tried to retract and extend the slide; the motor works, but the slide does not move.

I called our local dealer and the warranty period is over, so he suggested I take a look at the motor after removing the access panel. He also said he has never heard of this happening. I took off the access panel today and took a look at the motor. Everything looks fine; no sheared off pins; nothing looked out of the ordinary. Sure enough, the motor works. The bolt for manual retract/extend spins around, as I assume it should, but the slide does not move.

Anyone have any ideas? Thanks

Is the gear turning ? The bolt/pin holding it on to the shaft could be bad or missing or if it's like the motor/gear box assembly like we have could be internal of the gear box.

The slide extended is the dining/living room; the slide that is stuck is the bunk area for our kids.

The bolt on the gear box spins, but nothing else moves.
