Slide wont extend

We have a 2019 Northpoint 377RLBH. Last night we got to our overnight location and all of the slides went out except for the front slide with the dining table. When we pushed the button there was no noise, no sound what so ever. We have never used the touch screen panel but thought we would give it a try. All of the slides were listed except for slide #4 which is the slide that wont go out. Any suggestions?

I do not know what controller you have for the slide but mine did that. The dealer said, when I was checking their warranty work, you just have to hit close again and then it would open. Hope it is that simple for you.

# 4 should be on touch screen just swipe up or down it is on next screen .
If it works on touch screen your good to go
I have a pinnacle with what could be same problem . If you turn the battery disconnect switch off and back on it resets the rocker switch on mine , I think the problem happens when you bring the slide in with rocker switch and the clutch or clicking sound does not engage when slide is all the way in the slide electric circuit sees a over amperage error and disconnects rocker switch turning off 12v from battery resets it. mine is intermittent good luck

Thank you so much, I found slide #4 on the touch screen. As for the battery reset. If there is an over amperage wouldnt that affect all of the slides.

the dinnette slide is the only conventional simple screw type actuator slide, the other slides are either swintek or slim rack which have electronic modules that are more like computer controlled so no there are no connection between them .All I can say is try it and see if it resets your rocker switch [it works on mine every time] if it doesen't nothing lost . If it doesn't fix the rocker switch then you will have to get a tech to figure out why the rocker switch stopped working.
