Slideout adjustment
On our super slide when closed it does not set flush against the outside of the camper . The side towards the rear of the camper has a good size gap to where I can put the tip of my finger in all the way up. on the front side I can not fit my finger tip in towards the bottom but it still has a gap ,however I can at the top. it looks like it's not tipping in all the way.. . sooo the question is when adjusting the slide should we be adjusting the the up and down 1st before we try to adjust the in and out?

Are you referring to your kitchen slide? If so, it doesn't really tip in.

Need some more information on the slide and the slide tracks/rails you are talking about. Some pictures of the slide rails would help you get more accurate information.

Thanks y'all for replying so fast.. it's a 2003 jayco eagle. 5th wheel. 30ft. It only has one slide and that's the couch/dinette table it's about 13ft long.. I attempted to load pics with the original post but it wasn't working. I'll try again.

The vertical slide/seal end-gap condition you are pointing out is the same issue I had on my new 2018 Jay Flight, which has the similar "through-frame" slide as your 2003 Eagle (shown in pic).
I made the slide adjustment myself resulting in a uniform gap at both ends by adjusting the slide "stop-can" position.
Referencing the Lippert link in my prior post (#4), refer to page #7, under 'Adjusting Slide Room's Retraced Position', and diagram #9. The adjustment is made at just one end of the slide, the drive end..., which will address the vertical seal gap at both ends of the slide. It doesn't take much adjustment to effect the vertical slide end gaps.
Basically it amounts to loosing jam nut "C" and adjust the position of the 'stop-can' (which is a threaded component). In my case I re-positioned the 'stop-can' with my slide extended and then closed the slide to test results..., took a couple stop-can re-adjustment attempts to get it right.
If your 2003 Eagle FW 'through-frame' slide differs from the adjustment data/diagrams described in the Lippert link I posted, I would contact Lippert (574-537-8900) directly for the specific adjustment procedure for your 2003 slide. You can also try contacting Jayco (574-825-5861) customer service directly (have your VIN handy).

Stop Can Stuck
Reviving an old thread here but I'm having an issue with the stop can on the actuator pulling in so hard on the frame that it bends the frame in and the slide out gets stuck closed. I have tried adjusting the stop can back and it just lets the slide out slide in too far. Any ideas? It's a 2010 Jayco Eagle and it's the living room slide out.

A google search will probably yield a download for the LCI thru-frame slide mechanism which has the adjustment procedures. I think Rustic’s pic may be from that document.

The 351MKTS utilizes two different style slides:
The entry side slide (sofa/dinette) uses the LCI Through-Frame style slide as referenced in 'RedHorse1' and my prior posts.
The 351MKTS kitchen and bedroom slides I believe are the LCI Shwintek In-Wall style slide which differ greatly in mechanical design then the Through-Frame style.

Thankyou for the great support. Cannot find the Control Panel but with the information you provided I'll try the Sync instructions from the in/out switch outlined in the install documentation. Will update the results

Found the control panel. The new install instructions, running all the way in - out 1 inch - in 1 inch did not work. Also noticed that fully extended the back part of the slide bottom is out 1 inch less than the top. Looks like the Top gear and bottom are off and there is no adjustment

Slideout adjustment
Talked to Lippert (LCI) to explain that the top and bottom gears on the rear motor are out of sync. They said I need to have it fixed at a shop. Called the RV repair not a job I want to attempt setting here at the RV park.
