Slides

We own a 2017 Northpoint 315RLTS and was wondering if anyone knows if the slides are safe to walk on? Maybe for a light person?
We lost 2 slide toppers and haven’t replaced them so I thought we should wash them and seal them just like the roof?
Thanks

I don't know what Jayco would say, but I wouldn't walk on my slides regardless of weight.
For maintenance or repair I would reach what I could from the roof and do the rest from a ladder.

Being old and wobbly I bought a set of scaffolding that makes those higher projects a lot easier.

I walk on mine… make sure you feel for the wood joist and stand on one with one foot, and one foot on another.
I’m 250lbs. I can tell the slide roof doesn’t like it, but sometimes I have to go on.
Try to stay light.

That would be too easy. Some of us prefer to do things the hard way.
