Slow Water Flow

I have a 2016 Northpoint 377RLBH. My water pressure from city water is fine, at about 40 psi, yet both my kitchen and bath sinks have very little water flowing from them. I recently emptied my fresh water system (water lines, and how water heater), and after hooking back up I have this issue. Any suggestions would be helpful. I will say that I've already tried looking at the screens in the water lines at the sink connections and they are clean. both sinks are less than half a year old. I'm currently camping and just can't work like this! Thanks for the help.

We don't have a 5er, but I found this thread from a few years ago. Maybe it'll be of some help.

Do you hear "gurgling sounds in the water flow"? Maybe air in the system, including water heater. If so; open all sink, shower, and any other valves hot and cold and run water and bleed the air out. It will take time to refill the hot side water heater.

The water did gurgle, and I did bleed all the air out except the shower line. Ill try that, any suggestions if that doesn't fix it? After a few hours, it seems a little better, but not 100%

If you have not done so, check the pressure both before and after the regulator. Could be a bad pressure regulator.

Remove and clean the aerators from the sink faucets. I find that I'll need to remove and clean the crud at least 2X a year even with a dual water filter. A word of caution that when you pull those little gadgets apart, they don't always go back together the way you thought they came apart. You can always replace them too but there are several thread sizes and either male or female threads eo you need to take the old one with you for comparison.

What Dave W said. This is especially true if you used the tank and water through the lines. Plastic filings from drilling and other junk gets into the lines and plugs the aerators.
