Small flame on Weber Q grill.

When I use the propane outlet under the outdoor kitchen the flame on my Weber is low compared to the portable little 2 lb. bottles. Do I need a high flow regulator by my tanks. Unit is a 2018 North Point 375BFHS. TIA

Yes, you are running regulated gas from the trailer through a second regulator on your grill. That won't work.
We carry a 20# tank for our grill, and got an adapter on Amazon. That way we're giving full pressure gas to the grill, and it works fine. A tank lasts about 2 years, and way cheaper than those little bottles. You can also hook the adapter to one of your 30# tanks.

...or you can buy a propane tee and tee off at one of the bottles before the RV regulator, then go to the grill with that line.

Google it or look on Amazon, plenty of options for a bottle tee with a hose that screws on like the disposable bottles.

Can't run multiple regulators. Remove the regulator from the grill or run it on high pressure before the trailer regulator.

The regulator on a Weber Q is designed for the high pressure of the small bottles or a full sized propane tank. It's pressure is in pounds/in squared. The pressure under your kitchen is about 11 inches of water less than 1/3 psi.
So there ain't enough pressure from you kitchen fixture because a regulator at your onboard tanks dropped the pressure.

All the above and if you still have a low flame take a drill bit the same size as the holes are in the burner and clean each one and then blow out with air,
