Sofa Replacement

Like many of you, my original furniture fabric is disintegrating. Replacing the recliners was not too difficult, as the new ones from RecPro shipped in two parts and fit through the door easily. Now the couch is falling apart too, and I am having difficulty getting a new one that is the right width and can make it into the unit. RecPro only makes a 65 inch wide sofa, or an 80 inch one. My opening is 77 inches, and I don't want to lose an entire foot of sitting space by purchasing the smaller one. An actual residential couch is too large to fit through the door. Have any of you removed a window in the living area to fit a new couch into your fifth wheel? That seems a bit drastic, but the alternative is a couch that is too small for my 77 inch space where the original sofa fit. Any other ideas?

Can you get an upholsterer to come to the coach and recover the frame while still inside the unit?

They say if my res fridge quits the 16' slide will have to come out. So removing a window doesn't seam so drastic. My cousin had a Newmar coach and he removed the couch in 3 or 4 pieces. Good luck.
