Squeaky slide out

I've got a 2018 Jayco Eagle HT 30.5MBOK that was purchased new and has had very little use. The large slide out for the dining area makes a lot of squeaking noises when operated. I can't tell if it's coming from the rubber seals that are on the sides and top or if it's something mechanical. Are there places on the slide out that require lubrication? Is there a lubricate that I can put on the rubber seals that won't make a mess on the sides of the slide outs? Any suggestions?

"Protect All" Slide-out Dry lube, for gears, rollers etc.

"Camco" Slide Out Rubber Seal Conditioner.

Our 2017 Eagle 321rsts dining table slide was like finger nails on a chalk board. Lubed the rails underneath and the slide seals. It was the rails underneath. I had the corraplast removed for a mod so lubed the tube rails from both ends. It is now nice and quiet. Three cans of spray lube later. The tubes where coated with road sand and grit. I have sealed up the corraplast and frame holes for the tube rails and around any other holes for wires in the frame. You could see where the water sand and road grit was coming in around the frame holes for the support tubes

Thanks for the input, I just ordered online a can of lube for the rubber and one for the mechanical. Hopefully that will solve the problem.

Same problem on our 321. Lubed all the seals, mechanism underneath, and slide rails on the ends but no help. Finally just started pulling in until I could see the slide floor rise up. Then went underneath, pulled down the seal flap along the bottom and shot in dry lube on the plastic ramp. Now quiet slide.
