Stabilizer Jack Problem

I have a 2015 Pinnacle 38FLS. I'm having a problem with the stabilizer jacks not extending to stabilizer the fifth wheel after the front and back have extended. The ground control panel screen reads "rear jack out of stroke". I'm almost certain that this is keeping the stabilizers from extending. When looking at the rear jack, it definitely looks like it still has stroke in it. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks in advance.

Looks like is a guess, measuring is more accurate. Be sure you are not low on oil or air in the system by the rear HD legs. Take some blocks with you for places what are real low or uneven.

Stabilizer Jack Problem

Had same issue. What was happening in my case was I didn't leave enough front "leg" out when I in hooked, so the system was essentially trying to lift the back to get it level. I rehooked and extended the front more and that fixed it.
