Storage door hinge loose

My left storage door hinge is very loose. Looks like the aluminum piece that rotates around the inside shaft has enlarged. Anyone experienced this and what have you done to fix it, aside from bringing it in for a claim?

2017 Pinnacle 37MDQS. The screws to the basement door became loose and eventually came out. On the door is a sticker with the dimensions and class. I took a pic of the sticker and pics of the outside to show the color/design and sent to my dealership. They ordered a new door. In the mean time, I drilled through the existing mounting holes and inserted bolts/washers. Work great and I may not put the new door on yet. SKIDAWG
