Angry Stubborn Stabilizers

The last couple of times I auto-leveled, the stabilizer (middle) jacks would not go all the way down and today they didn't move at all. Any diagnosis?

Could be the level sensor has come loose or failed.

Several have reported that theirs came loose with similar results. It is supposedly attached to a board under the floor centered behind the axles.

Did you get any error messages on the One Touch control panel? Try disconnecting all power, including batteries, in an attempt to "reboot" the system. Check all of the connectors at the jacks. They have a hall effects circuit that provides position information to the controller.

For the past two years I've used my phone app to level and haven't received any errors on it. I may try leveling from the main control panel. Will also check all connections. Is the controller in the basement on the ceiling covered by a box?

On my 36FBTS is in the basement/front storage behind the wall, floor level, center line.

Is it covered up by the under belly? If not, there's nothing like that under mine.
