Swival Rocker Chair Leg Caps

Anyone put anything at the end of the chair legs where they hit the floor. Mine seem pretty cheap, they are the vinyl rockers and have a piece of plastic crimped on. Almost all of them came off and they are very sharp. Need to find something to cover them. Tried re crimping a couple but they still didn't stay on. Let me know, thanks!

By your description, our chair legs are slightly different, but we wanted to protect the floor from them also. We started by wrapping a 6 inch square piece of anti-slip sheet around each foot, and tying a string around the chair leg to hold it on. The end of the chair leg was shaped such that these stayed on, but over the course of a summer of travel, did wear thru. Next we bought a length of rubberized floor runner from a hardware store. This was placed under each chair and did last better. We still use this. For home use (may apply also) we found in Walmart, a set of chair foot covers that look like half-size tennis balls. These have an x-cut in them where you slide them over the leg end.
