Tanks won’t drain

All 3 tanks won’t drain when valves are opened….??????

Sorry, silly question but have you been putting anything into them. Showers, dishwater, daily bathroom trips? If you have and are not getting anything out you have a clog in the first section of pipe after the tanks. It could be anything but you are probably going to have to bring a professional in to snake it because if you do the result will be a nightmare.


My gray tanks on the Cyclone had different runs so that could not happen but if yours is all feed into one main it could be trouble.

Do you have a Sanicon system? There is an additional valve right before the Sanicon that needs to be opened also.

What unit do you have? Is there a 4th gate? Are you sure the gates are closed/opened accordingly?

I figured it out - bought a new drain hose, 1 section had a plug in it. All good THANKS
