I just checked with my dealer, to check on our new 2021 36kpts Pinnacle that we dropped off after our maiden voyage.
We gave them a gig list of what we found, after a month long trip.
They have repaired everything on the list and found a couple of things we missed. Now that is service.

Great to hear. My dealer took 2.5 months before they ordered the parts to repair our slide and then it took Jayco a month before they shipped the part.
I'm confused. I thought my dealer was the best, Moix RV in Springdale, AR but I guess there's room for more than one. It sure makes a difference between a happy camper and a grumpy one. Glad you got a good one.
I have purchased three Jayco trailers from them with our new 2021 Eagle 319 MLOK we had just arrived in the Florida Keys and our kitchen slide got cocked and would not go in or out. I called Rhône’s spoke with Mike and Chuck they spent two days helping me on phone trouble shooting and finally fixing the problem from 1200 miles away. Rhone’s is the best place to purchase or have service work done one of the few family owned dealerships.
In California the best dealer has to be Mantecca RV and Scott is best Service Rep ever. Repairs during warranty were alwa6 completed on time and when Jayco denied a roof warranty issue their Management called Jayco direct. They have 28 service bays which was the main reason we originally purchased from them. Scott still provides support 4 years after we purchased the TT.
