the chairs

How are people keeping those 2 chairs that swivel, rock, and recline from moving around and banging everything up while traveling?

Our trailer came with 2 straps. We place the recliners back to back and place the each strap around the lower portion of the back then through the ring that is mounted on the floor.

Yup us too, have those straps. If yours didn't come with straps I would think that some really good solid bungees would do. Or those straps that some of use to tie down our awnings.

Ours were in the drawer below the sofa. They never put them in the location you would expect. The hose that you use to winterized the system by sucking in antifreeze is located under the trash can in the kitchen.
Any long 1 inch adjustable strap with a snap buckle would work.
X2 on Ken & Ruth suggestion on the awning strap.

Mine were located in the overhead storage. However, after the PDI, the dealer got them out so we could secure everything for travel.

ours also had a cover for one of the rocker recliner backs so they don't rub together and wear the material on the back of the chairs ...if not I would think a small throw would do the same thing

If you do a search for a thread, Rocker/Recliner? You will see a few systems, I added some pictures with an explanation. We removed one of the rockers on our last trip and used the straps in the pictures and added a pool noodle underneath between the chair bottom and the floor, it stopped the rocking by wrapping it around the pedestal, loosely.

Similar to other posts here, our recliners came with a strap to lash them together back-to-back. Seems to work fine. We also have the cover for one of the chair backs. Haven't had any issue with them moving around. At this year's Houston RV show I saw a model with the rings on the floor to attach the straps to secure the dining chairs. I am planning to add them to our 5th which came with a couple of bungees for that purpose.

Is this a new unit? If so, should have come with straps and a vinyl cover to but over one of the char backs so they don chafe each other. But the cover over one, place them back to back tight to each other and put a strap around the backs.
