Thermostat upgrade

I would like to upgrade our Coleman-Mach heat/cool and cool only thermostats to illuminated digital units that don’t have such a wide dead band. I want to keep the two speed blower function that so many box store units lack. Looking for replacement suggestions.

Those are the two I added to my Greyhawk. Not illuminated but easily read and maintains temp very well.
