Agree that it is a mess but other than not cleaning up the excess wire [too long] what are the safety issues?
After pulling all the wires to this central point, an electrician will normally clip off the excess before connecting each wire. It makes for a neater set-up and sure makes chasing a specific circuit.
The only elec issue with my 2014 white hawk was in the connection box under the front tongue where all the wires from the pigtail and battery are connected to the wiring going inside the TT [suspect they terminate in the main converter box. The ground had vibrated loose and non of my trailer lights were working. Nice service manager in Montgomery Al put his tech on the problem and it was back on the road in less than an hour. Several ground wires were twisted together and secured by a twist on cap. The tech put ends on the ground wires and secured them to the back of the box with a self tapping screw. The rest of the wiring in that box is still a mess but no issues so I have left it alone.
