We have been full time in our 377/bunk since July and only minor issues to note. Accent light above the bunk house went out and the furnace had a loose wire so wouldn't function. We are in El Paso and have access to a warranty/repair service that will come directly to your camp site; just something you might want to look for in your area.

The layout is great and very functional. Our 6 year old loves the fact she has her own room and the loft has become her private fort. We had been debating with the Seirra rear bunk room and the Blue Ridge mid bunk but after hearing the quality issues with full timing decided the North Point was the only option..

Our biggest concern is next summer, we had a horrible time keeping this 5ther even 10 degrees below outside temp and am working with jayco currently on a solution.

Please feel free to message with any questions..

Thanks Ranger, that's all great to know. Our current home is in Florida, and while we plan on traveling with the weather (not too hot, not too cold), it wouldn't surprise me if we ended up back here in the hot, humid summer on occasion......so we'd really appreciate it if you could maybe let us know how things turn out with the temp issue.

We full time in our 377rlbh with a 5 and 2 year old and one on the way. Great floorplan, great quality. This is my 13th RV and the best yet.

My reason for writing was concerning your original concern about price. When we were looking, 4 dealers had the unit with varying features for 69k.

The Lord blessed us with a phenomenal price. It might shock many....but we got our 2016 377rlbh for $54,850 with almost every feature. How? Indiana RV Connection, Middlebury, IN. They are 3 miles from the factory and offer hard to beat prices.

We picked it up and stayed at the dealer's rv sites for a few nights for free to work out the bugs and where very happy with our price and service. WE also took a tour of the Jayco factory while we were there.

If you are willing to drive to IN, the savings is great. Check it out!
